Arrive and check in to your hotel. In the evening, head to the ghats for the mesmerising Ganga Aarti — a fitting welcome to the city of temples. Overnight stay in Varanasi.

Visit the New Kashi Vishwanath Temple, Sankat Mochan Temple and Durga Temple in the morning. Head to Sarnath in the afternoon, then close the day with a peaceful boat ride on the Ganges. Overnight stay in Varanasi.

After breakfast, drive to Prayagraj (approx. 3 hours) and take a boat ride to the Triveni Sangam. Visit the Sleeping Hanuman Temple and Alopi Shakti Peeth, then continue on to Ayodhya. Overnight stay in Ayodhya.

Spend the morning exploring Ram Janmabhoomi, Hanuman Garhi and Kanak Bhavan. Drive on to Lucknow for the night.

Explore the city's Nawabi legacy — the Lucknow Residency, the domed Chattar Manzil, and the grand Bada Imambara, one of the largest Shia shrines in the world.

Check out after breakfast, with time for last-minute shopping if the schedule allows, before your onward transfer.
