Head to Vindhyachal, home to the Vindhyavasini Devi Temple, one of India's most revered Shakti shrines. Visit Ashtabhuja Temple, Kali Khoh and Sita Kund, set against the scenic Vindhya hills. Overnight in Vindhyachal.
Drive to Varanasi and spend the day exploring its spiritual core — Kashi Vishwanath Temple, Dashashwamedh Ghat, Durga Temple, Banaras Hindu University and Ramnagar Fort. Overnight in Varanasi.
Travel to Ayodhya, the birthplace of Lord Rama. Visit the Ram Janmabhoomi Temple, Hanuman Garhi, Guptar Ghat and the Ramkatha Museum. Overnight in Ayodhya.
A relaxed second day to cover the rest of Ayodhya's sacred sites — Kanak Bhavan, Nageshwarnath Temple and Treta Ke Thakur. Overnight in Ayodhya.
