Land in Guwahati and get picked up from the airport or your hotel. On the way, visit the famous Kamakhya Temple before continuing to Kaziranga. Overnight stay in Kaziranga.

Start the day with a jeep safari inside Kaziranga National Park, keeping an eye out for rhinos, elephants, and wild buffalo. Later, drive to Bhalukpong via Nameri National Park. Overnight stay in Bhalukpong.

After breakfast, head to Bomdila, passing through the scenic Nameri belt. Arrive by evening and check into your hotel for the night.

Today is all about the mountains. Drive towards Tawang crossing the stunning Sela Pass, stopping at Jaswantgarh War Memorial along the way. Reach Tawang by evening and settle in for an overnight stay.

Spend the day exploring Tawang — visit the historic Tawang Monastery, the towering Giant Buddha Statue, and enjoy some local shopping. In the evening, don't miss the light and sound show at Tawang War Memorial. Overnight stay in Tawang.

An early start takes you towards Madhuri Lake and the dramatic Bumla Pass near the Indo-China border (extra cost applies for the local permit vehicle). Return to Tawang for the night.

Travel back towards Dirang, stopping at Jung Falls and Dirang Monastery on the way. Check into your hotel and enjoy a relaxed evening. Overnight stay in Dirang.

After breakfast, drive back to Guwahati and transfer to the airport for your onward journey, carrying home memories of the mountains.
