Arrive at Srinagar airport and transfer to your houseboat or hotel. In the evening, take a Shikara ride on Dal Lake, gliding past floating markets and gardens. Overnight in a houseboat or hotel in Srinagar.
Full-day trip to Gulmarg for the famous Gondola ride up to Apharwat Peak, with stunning snow-capped views. Return to Srinagar for the night.
An early start for the drive to Kargil, stopping at Sonamarg (Meadow of Gold) and crossing the thrilling Zojila Pass. Visit the Kargil War Memorial at Dras. Overnight in Kargil.
Drive to Leh as the landscape shifts from green valleys to brown mountains. See Lamayuru Monastery (Moonland), Magnetic Hill, and Sangam — the confluence of the Indus and Zanskar rivers. Overnight in Leh.
Cross Khardung La Pass and enter Nubra Valley. Visit Diskit Monastery and enjoy a double-humped camel safari on the sand dunes of Hunder. Overnight in a deluxe camp in Nubra Valley.
Drive along the Shyok River to reach the world-famous Pangong Tso. Spend the evening watching the lake change colour with the light. Overnight in a luxury camp at Pangong.
Drive back to Leh over Chang La Pass. Visit Shanti Stupa for panoramic city views and enjoy some last-minute shopping at Leh Main Market. Overnight in Leh.
After breakfast, transfer to Leh airport for your flight home, carrying back memories of the Himalayas with Dream Safar.
