Land in Leh and settle into your hotel. Today is kept light for acclimatization to the altitude. In the evening, visit Shanti Stupa for a peaceful sunset view over the city.
Visit the Hall of Fame museum, the curious Magnetic Hill, Gurudwara Pathar Sahib and the Sangam Point where the Indus and Zanskar rivers meet.
Drive over Khardung La Pass into Nubra Valley. Visit Diskit Monastery and enjoy an optional camel ride on the Hunder sand dunes before your overnight stay.
A scenic drive brings you to the shores of Pangong Lake. Spend the evening taking in the lake's ever-changing colours, with an overnight stay nearby.
Head back to Leh with time to relax in the evening after two days of high-altitude travel.
Check out and transfer to the airport for your onward journey, carrying back memories of the mountains.
