Some journeys aren’t about the destination — they’re about what changes in you along the way. The Chardham Yatra is one of those journeys. Starting from Haridwar, this 10-day pilgrimage takes you through Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath and Badrinath — the four sacred abodes tucked into the lap of the Himalayas. Dream Safar takes care of your stay, transfers and sightseeing end to end, so all you need to focus on is the darshan.
Depart Haridwar after breakfast and drive towards Barkot, the base for your Yamunotri visit. Check into your hotel and spend the evening at leisure, resting up for tomorrow's hill trek. Overnight stay at Barkot.
Drive to Jankichatti, then trek (on foot, horse, or doli) the 6 km stretch to Yamunotri. Take a holy dip in the hot springs, offer prayers at the Divya Shila, and have darshan at the Yamunotri temple. Return to Barkot by evening.
Drive to Maneri and check into your hotel. In the evening, visit the Vishwanath Temple, known for its towering iron trident. Overnight stay at Maneri.
Head to Gangotri, passing through the picturesque Harsil village and along the Bhagirathi River, with the Himalayas as your backdrop throughout. After darshan at the Gangotri temple, drive back to Maneri for the night.
Drive straight to Guptkashi, tracing the Mandakini River along the way. Guptkashi — meaning "hidden Kashi" — holds deep mythological ties to Kedarnath and is where the deity is moved during winter months. Overnight stay at Guptkashi.
Drive to Sonprayag, then trek (or take a pony/doli) to Kedarnath, one of the twelve Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva. Check in and spend the evening amid the Himalayan peaks. Overnight stay at Kedarnath.
Rise before dawn for the Abhishek and darshan inside the Garbha Griha. After the puja, begin your return trek to Sonprayag and drive back to Guptkashi for the night.
Drive towards Badrinath via Joshimath and check into your hotel at Peepalkoti. Evening visit to Badrinath for a first glimpse of the shrine. Overnight stay at Peepalkoti.
Visit the Badrinath temple, framed by the Nar-Narayan ranges and the towering Neelkanth peak. This sacred spot, dedicated to Lord Vishnu, is the final and most revered stop of the Yatra. Return to Peepalkoti for the night.
Drive downhill to Rishikesh, the spiritual and yoga capital of the world, before continuing on to Haridwar. Transfer to your hotel — your Chardham Yatra concludes here.
