Your Himachal journey begins with pick-up from Delhi (railway station or airport) and a scenic 8-9 hour drive to Shimla, once the summer capital of British India. Check into your hotel, unwind, and settle in for the evening. Overnight stay in Shimla.
After breakfast, head out to explore Shimla and Kufri. Enjoy a pony ride to Chini Bungalow, try your hand at horse riding or yak riding at Fagu Adventure Park, then return to stroll Mall Road, visit Christ Church and The Ridge, with an optional cable car ride up to Jakhu Temple. Overnight stay in Shimla.
Check out and drive towards Manali through the picturesque Kullu Valley. Stop at Pandoh Dam, Vaishno Devi Temple, and the Kullu Shawl Factory for a look at local handloom work. River rafting on the Beas River is available as an optional activity. Arrive in Manali by evening and check into your hotel.
Spend the day exploring Manali's best-loved spots — Hadimba Devi Temple tucked inside a deodar forest, Club House, Vashisht Hot Sulphur Springs, the Tibetan Monastery, and Van Vihar. Wrap up with shopping and local food on Mall Road. Those keen on a short trek can head to Jogini Waterfalls. Overnight stay in Manali.
A day trip to Lahaul Valley through the Atal Tunnel, one of the world's longest highway tunnels. Reach Sissu village on the Chandra River, take a peaceful riverside walk, and visit Sissu Waterfall before heading back to Manali for the night.
Check out and drive to the Parvati Valley, stopping at Manikaran Sahib, known for its hot springs and Gurudwara. Continue to Kasol, a riverside village loved by travellers for its laid-back charm. Check into your riverside camp and enjoy a complimentary one-hour bonfire and DJ evening. Overnight stay in Kasol.
Check out after breakfast and begin the return journey to Chandigarh, driving through the lower Himalayan hills one last time. Drop-off at Chandigarh airport or railway station marks the end of your Himachal holiday, with memories to carry back home.
