Your Dream Safar representative picks you up in an AC vehicle for the drive to Godkhali, from where you'll continue by boat and auto-rickshaw to your cottage on Gosaba island. After lunch, head out to the Sundarban Bird Jungle for a golden sunset, then unwind in the evening with local folk music and snacks.

An early start for a full day on the water. Cruise through the Matla River into the Sundarban Tiger Reserve, keeping watch for tigers, crocodiles, spotted deer and water monitor lizards, right up to where the river meets the Bay of Bengal. Breakfast and lunch are served on board. Return to the cottage in the evening for a bonfire, snacks and dinner.

After breakfast, visit the historic Hamilton Bungalow and the Rabindranath Tagore Bungalow before beginning the drive back to Kolkata.

A full day exploring the City of Joy — Kalighat Kali Temple, Victoria Memorial, St. Paul's Cathedral, Mother Teresa's House, Birla Temple, Jain Temple, Eco Park and a drive past Kolkata's colonial landmarks. Overnight stay in Kolkata.

An early morning start for the day trip to Gangasagar, the island where the Ganga meets the sea. Visit Kapil Muni Ashram and take a holy dip at the Sagar confluence before returning to Kolkata for the night.

After breakfast, check out and visit Dakshineswar Kali Temple and Belur Math (note: both close by noon). You'll then be dropped at the station for your onward journey.
