Arrive at Bhubaneswar and transfer to Puri. Check in, freshen up, and head out for sightseeing – Puri Beach, Jagannath Temple, Shankaracharya Math and Gundicha Temple. Overnight in Puri.
After breakfast, explore Bhubaneswar – Nandankanan Wildlife Sanctuary, Lingaraj Temple, Kedar Gauri, the Udayagiri-Khandagiri caves, and Dhauli Shanti Stupa. Overnight in Bhubaneswar.
Visit the magnificent Konark Sun Temple, Chandrabhaga Beach and Navagraha Temple. In the evening, board an overnight train to Kolkata.
Arrive in Kolkata and after breakfast, visit Belur Math, Dakshineswar Temple, Mother Teresa's Ashram, and drive past Eden Gardens and the Writers' Building. Overnight in Kolkata.
Explore the Botanical Garden, Victoria Memorial, St. George's Church, Kolkata Panorama at Town Hall, and Science City. In the evening, board an overnight train to New Jalpaiguri.
Arrive at NJP station and drive to Gangtok (approx. 4 hours). Check in and set out for local sightseeing – Tashi Viewpoint, Ganesh Tok, Hanuman Tok and Rumtek Monastery, with an optional cable car ride. Overnight in Gangtok.
A day trip to Nathu La Pass, once part of the ancient Silk Route, sitting at over 4,300 metres. Along the way, stop at the stunning Chhangu Lake and Baba Mandir. Overnight in Gangtok.
Drive to Darjeeling, stopping en route at Namchi. Arrive by evening and settle in for the night.
Early morning drive to Tiger Hill for a spectacular Himalayan sunrise. After breakfast, visit the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, Batasia Loop, Tenzing Rock and Gangaiya Lake (boating optional). Later, transfer to NJP railway station for your onward journey home. Tour concludes.
